四川大学商学院海纳特聘教授，博士生导师。毕业于新西兰奥塔哥大学（University of Otago），管理学博士。来川大工作之前，曾长期在英国高校，如格拉斯哥大学（University of Glasgow），兰卡斯特大学（Lancaster University），阿伯丁大学（University of Aberdeen）等大学工作，并曾担任阿伯丁大学管理学教授及商学院院长，英国德蒙福特大学哈萨克斯坦校区（De Montfort University Kazakhstan）管理学教授及校区校长（Head of Campus）等领导职务。还曾在德国、西班牙、比利时、奥地利、丹麦、冰岛、美国、加拿大、澳大利亚、卡塔尔和中国香港等地进行交流访问。

学术长期以来聚焦在国际管理、领导力和人力资源管理等领域，致力于开展富有理论创新和实践价值的研究工作，研究成果见诸于多个国际权威期刊（ABS 4*/4、Financial Times Top 50 和ABDC A*/A），如Journal of Management、Human Resource Management、Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology、Journal of Vocational Behavior、Journal of Business Ethics、 Asia Pacific Journal of Management、Technovation等。曾多次获得英国各个研究机构及组织颁发的科研项目奖，曾长期担任英国管理学学会国际商务与国际管理方向联合主席一职，并曾长期担任European Management Journal期刊国际管理学方向的副主编。其主要学术研究兴趣基于运用哲学、社会学、心理学以及管理学等跨学科（interdisciplinary research）交叉视角探寻跨文化背景下组织中的管理者、员工以及企业家行为与绩效，从本体论的哲学高度对国际管理学科和领导力学科前沿性课题进行研究。

教学方面，英国高等教育学会院士（U.K. Higher Education Academy Fellow）。拥有丰富的海外教学经验，曾在英国、法国、新西兰、卡塔尔、哈萨克斯坦等国家进行过教学工作。曾在英国高校担任本科、硕士以及博士导师，并在兰卡斯特大学工作期间担任系里博士生项目主管职务。曾多次受邀于海内外知名院校和国际组织，担任其本科、硕士及博士课程的外部评审以及案例写作大赛的评委工作，还多次受邀于各个国外出版社，对其出版的教科书作评审工作。

Haina Zhang, Distinguished Professor, Business School, Sichuan University. She obtained PhD Degree from the University of Otago. She has extensive international working experiences especially in British Universities, such as the University of Glasgow, Lancaster University, and the University of Aberdeen. Prior to joining Sichuan University, she was a Professor in Management and Head of Business School at University of Aberdeen and later acted as Head of Campus of De Montfort University Kazakhstan. She had academic visits to Germany, Spain, Belgium, Austria, Denmark, Iceland, USA, Canada, Australia, Qatar and Hong Kong China.

Professor Haina Zhang’s main research areas are international management, leadership, organizational behavior, and human resource management. Her primary research focus is providing an ontological understanding of human practice in organizations and business through an interdisciplinary theoretical lens and methodological approach (i.e., integrating areas of philosophy, sociology, psychology, and business management). Proven leadership in the above research areas are witnessed by her editorial roles of high-impact journals. She had been Associate Editor of European Management Journal for a number of years and also served as the Co-Chair of the International Business and International Management Track and Special Interest Group of the British Academy of Management in the past years. Her research findings have been published in a number of world-leading journals (ABS 4*/4, Financial Times Top 50 and ABDC A*/A), such as Journal of Management, Human Resource Management, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, Journal of Vocational Behavior, Journal of Business Ethics, Asia Pacific Journal of Management, and Technovation, among others.

Professor Haina Zhang is the Fellow of the U.K. Higher Education Academy. She has a wide range of international teaching experiences in UK, France, New Zealand, Qatar, Kazakhstan, among others. She had been supervisors for Bachelor, Master and PhD students while she worked in British universities, and also once acted as Director of PhD Program in the Department when she worked at Lancaster University. She was invited to be External Examiners for undergraduate and/or postgraduate programmes and PhD thesis by many well-known universities in the world. She was also a Judge for Global Case Writing Competition and acted as reviewers for text books by international publishing houses.
