How to apply?

International scholars/PhD students applying for the positions of postdoctoral/research fellows inSichuanUniversityneed take the following steps in detail:

1.     到所在国中国大使馆开取有关学籍的证明。

Step 1: Certifying documents

You can ask Chinese embassies in your country for certifying documents including your academic transcripts, graduation certificate and grading systems.

2. 登陆四川大学人事信息管理系统（http://rsxxgl.scu.edu.cn/Common/Recruitment.aspx），提交个人应聘申请。

Step 2: Applying for a Postdoctoral/research fellow online

Login in the personnel information management system ofSichuanUniversity(click on http://rsxxgl.scu.edu.cn/Common/Recruitment.aspx) and create a new application online. 

3. 应聘申请审核通过后，登陆中国博士后网站（www.chinapostdoctor.org.cn）注册并在线提交入站申请，并将纸质版申请材料交至拟申请流动站所在学院，学院审核材料后网上通过提交，并同时将纸质材料提交至学校人事处博士后管理办公室。纸质材料包括：博士后进站申请表（含校验码）、两名专家推荐信、博士后进站审核表、博士毕业证书及学位证书复印件、护照（含配偶）复印件、结婚证复印件、小孩出生证明或独生子女证复印件（所有材料一式三份）

Step 3: Submitting your documents

If your employment application is approved, login in the website of Chinese Postdocs (click on www.chinapostdoctor.org.cn), register for an applicant ID and submit your application for starting the Postdoc research online. All applicants should submit following documents to the Faculty that you applied, including:

• Three copies of the application form (including the check code)

• Two letters of recommendation and academic referees (Three copies of each referee’s recommendation letter)

• Three copies of the assessment form

• Three copies of your PhD certificate

• Three copies of your and your spouse’s passports

• Three copies of your marriage certificate

• Three copies of the birth certificates of your kids 

4. 收到博士后入站通知后，申请签证，到四川大学博士后管理办公室报到。

Step Four: Enrollment

After you get the acceptance letter, you can apply for the visa and come to the Office of Postdocs Affairs of the Faculty for the enrollment. We are looking forward to seeing you inChina.
