刘铭，管理学博士，四川大学商学院助理研究员。2024年4月毕业于英国伦敦大学伯克贝克学院（Birkbeck, University of London），2018年于美国加州大学伯克利分校（University of California，Berkeley）进行交流访问，曾于国内某多策略对冲基金进行CTA策略研究，主要研究方向为：公司金融、资本市场、并购重组、公司治理。
