刘琦，副研究员（专职科研）、在站博士后。主要从事可持续发展综合评估、复杂系统建模与管理、大数据与人工智能算法等相关交叉领域的研究。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项，四川大学博士后基金1项；获2024年国家资助博士后研究人员计划C档资助；迄今为止在One Earth、Sustainable Development、Applied Soft Computing|等国际高水平SCI/SSCI期刊发表多篇学术论文；参与编写国际组织报告IIASA（国际应用系统分析研究所）2023 Flagship Report 1份；参与国家自然科学基金项目、教育部人文社会科学研究项目、四川省科技计划项目等多项科研项目；获国家授权发明专利2项。
