能源、环境与商业文明国际会议

随着《推动共建丝绸之路经济带和21世纪海上丝绸之路的愿景与行动》的正式发布,荫及全球60多个国家、2/3人口的“一带一路”顶层战略全面启动。共商、共建、共享“一带一路”,将极大推进沿线各国在能源、环境与商业方面的创新合作与互利共荣——推进能源基础设施的互联互通,共同维护输油管道与输气通道安全,推进跨境电力与输电通道建设,构建全球最大的能源生产和消费市场体系;开展多种形式的环境合作,倡导公平的发展权与资源使用权,建立环境利益共享机制,协调推进环境保护与经济发展;发展跨境电子商务等新的商业业态,创新贸易方式,以投资带动贸易发展,创建使亚欧非各国联系更加紧密的“新商业文明”。

为贯彻中央“一带一路”战略、创新推动高水平开放合作,四川大学以“能源、环境与商业文明”为主题,举办大型国际合作与发展高端论坛。广邀“一带一路”沿线各国及欧美多国科学院、工程院院长、院士,商学院院长、教授,优秀企业家代表,以及国家相关部委领导同志,构筑顶级对话平台,同商共议能源、环境与商业文明三者之间的冲突之源、调和之理。以战略对接为目的、经贸合作为手段、人文交流为依托,构筑学界、商界、政界观点交汇、思想撞击的顶级平台。

大会将于2015102223日,在四川大学举行。届时,来自25个国家的60余名国际知名学者将齐聚一堂,其中包括原印度工程院院长Baldev Raj教授,原第三世界科学院执行理事、原非洲科学院院长Mohamed H.A. Hassan教授、摩尔多瓦科学院院长Gheorghe DUCA教授、阿塞拜疆科学院院长Akif Alizadeh教授等20余名院士,来自美国、法国、德国等国的国际系统与控制科学院10余名院士,以及多个国际知名大学的校长、商学院院长。会议将通过大会主题报告、分组会议和圆桌会议等方式,对能源、环境与商业文明的冲突、联系与发展之道,进行深入探讨、广泛商议。还将以大会为契机,探索建立全球智库、促进跨国合作、加强专项研究、增进政校合作,共推“一带一路”战略实施。

会上,各国院长、院士、教授,将对能源、环境、商业文明三者之间的冲突之源、调和之理,畅所欲言,各抒己见,这对推动“一带一路”沿线各国在能源、经贸等领域的深入合作,对发展清洁能源、建设健康环境、创立商业文明,对设计绿色崛起路线图与构建协同发展新格局,都有重要而深远的意义。与会的各国专家、学者,大多是学界精英、商界领袖,在国际能源、环境以及商业管理领域,有着丰富的经验和深刻的认识。大会主办方相信,通过此次论坛,必将进一步促进国际国内学界的交流与合作,必将推动我国在国际能源、环境以及商业领域更好的发展,必将吸引更多的人关注世界能源、环境及商业的协同发展问题,为探寻能源合作之道、共筑环境协调之路、实现商业文明之愿,起到巨大的推动作用。
